In order to maintain a safe and productive work environment, we have established a set of guidelines for our employees to follow. These guidelines are not exhaustive, but any breach of the following rules may result in disciplinary action, including immediate termination:

  • Falsifying employment or production records, or providing false information related to these records.
  • Using or possessing narcotics or alcohol on HR7 Solutions or our clients’ premises.
  • Engaging in horseplay or willfully causing injury to another person on HR7 Solutions or our clients’ premises.
  • Assaulting anyone on HR7 Solutions or our clients’ premises.
    Removing HR7 Solutions or our clients’ property or another employee’s property without proper authorization, or using such property for personal use without the owner’s consent.
  • Negligently damaging or destroying HR7 Solutions or our clients’ property, or failing to follow proper working procedures.
  • Threatening or intimidating anyone on HR7 Solutions or our clients’ premises.
  • Demonstrating continuous inefficiency or repeatedly violating instructions.
  • Failing to comply with safety rules or report accidents resulting in injury to management.
    Possessing firearms, explosives, or any other dangerous weapons on HR7 Solutions or our clients’ premises.
  • Behaving immorally or indecently on HR7 Solutions or our clients’ premises.
  • Failing to report to work, loafing on the job, or leaving workstations without permission during scheduled work time.
  • At HR7 Solutions, we believe that following these guidelines will ensure a safe and productive work environment for all employees.
